Deltic Wash Force, a family-owned Canadian car wash distributor, is marking its 10th year in business with a refreshed brand identity. The company rolled out a new logo and the tagline "Car Wash Design - Build - Service - Supply," according to reporting from Car Wash Business Center.
Founded in 2016, the company says its updated look reflects a decade of growth and a service model that spans the full lifecycle of a car wash operation, from first-time investors to established multi-site chains.
What the rebrand signals
The new tagline points to Deltic's attempt to present itself as a single partner across four stages: design, build, service, and supply. The company offers site planning and design, equipment supply, installation, start-up, training, chemicals, parts, and ongoing service. Deltic says it has built some of the largest car wash tunnels in Canada and supports operators pursuing multi-site expansion.
President Brett Bunston tied the branding change to how the business has developed alongside its customers. He said the company's role extends beyond selling hardware. "Our role goes well beyond supplying equipment," Bunston said, framing Deltic as a guide through planning, installation, and post-opening operations.
The refreshed branding will appear across Deltic's website, vehicle fleet, signage, and marketing materials as the company moves into its second decade. According to the company, its team carries more than 150 years of combined experience in the professional car wash industry, and it operates a centrally located parts and chemical warehouse alongside preventative maintenance programs aimed at reducing downtime.
A full-service positioning
For new entrants, Deltic frames its offering as hands-on support from initial concept through start-up. For operators scaling up, the pitch centers on equipment reliability, consistent wash quality, and maintenance that keeps multiple sites running. That full-service positioning is increasingly common among distributors trying to differentiate in a market where equipment alone has become a commodity.
Why it matters for operators
A distributor's rebrand is not news on its own, but the strategic direction behind it is worth noting. Deltic is explicitly positioning around service and ongoing support rather than equipment sales alone, and that reflects where value sits for many operators today. Uptime, parts availability, and maintenance quality often matter more to a wash's economics than the brand of the equipment itself.
When evaluating a distributor partner, operators should look past the logo and press the specifics: How fast can parts ship from a regional warehouse? Does the preventative maintenance program have defined response times? Who handles start-up and training, and what happens after the wash opens? Deltic's emphasis on a centrally located warehouse and a dedicated service team suggests those are the questions it expects to be asked.
For Canadian operators in particular, having a domestic partner with tunnel-building experience and local parts inventory can shorten downtime that would otherwise stretch across a border. Whether building a first site or expanding a chain, the lesson is to treat the service relationship as the core of the deal, not an afterthought to the equipment purchase.
