ISTOBAL USA plans to return to the NACS Show 2026 in Las Vegas, using the convenience, fuel and car wash industry gathering to demonstrate its equipment, chemicals and digital connectivity offerings. The event runs Oct. 7 to 9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and the company will exhibit at booth C7285, according to reporting from Professional Carwashing & Detailing.

The manufacturer frames its presentation around what it calls an integrated vehicle wash ecosystem, combining wash systems, professional chemicals, technical service and connectivity aimed at improving uptime and profitability. ISTOBAL says it has more than 75 years of history and has moved beyond equipment manufacturing toward a broader package of products and support.

Equipment on display

ISTOBAL will feature the M'WASH PRO rollover, a machine developed specifically for the North American market. The company says the system lets operators configure multiple wash programs and service levels to fit different business models, and it offers customization options including vinyl decals and LED lighting to support site branding.

The company will also present the T'BRUSH compact tunnel module, engineered for both compact sites and higher-volume installations. Its adaptive top and side brushes are designed to follow the vehicle profile for consistent coverage, with the stated goal of increasing throughput without sacrificing wash quality. Rounding out the equipment is the esens line of professional wash chemicals, formulated to work with ISTOBAL machines to manage chemical consumption and maintain consistent results.

Connectivity and service focus

Digital tools sit at the center of the ISTOBAL pitch through ISTOSMART, its connectivity platform. The system provides real-time equipment data, remote monitoring, diagnostics and proactive maintenance, which the company says helps operators catch issues early and reduce downtime. ISTOBAL states that connected installations can reach uptime levels of around 98 percent.

The connectivity approach is paired with a nationwide service network, technical support, preventive maintenance programs and genuine spare parts. Ian Burton, North American sales director at ISTOBAL, said operators get the best results "when every part of the business works together." The company tied its NACS presence to continued investment in the North American market, including its manufacturing and assembly facility in Bristol, Virginia, along with expansion of its partner network and service organization.

Why it matters for operators

NACS remains one of the larger venues where convenience retailers and car wash operators evaluate equipment side by side, so a vendor showcase there gives operators a chance to compare rollover and tunnel systems against their own site formats. The M'WASH PRO and T'BRUSH cover two distinct build types, which matters for operators weighing a single-bay in-bay automatic versus a compact express tunnel.

The emphasis on connectivity and service is the more practical signal. Claims like 98 percent uptime are marketing figures until verified on site, but they reflect where the industry competition is heading: remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and bundled chemical programs that tie operators more closely to a single supplier. Operators considering new equipment should press vendors on service response times, parts availability and total cost of ownership rather than headline throughput numbers alone. A local assembly and manufacturing presence can also affect lead times and support, so it is worth confirming what regional service coverage actually looks like before committing.
